WHAT: First Meeting of 2010
WHEN: Wednesday, February 10, 2010 at 12:00 Noon
WHERE: VGCC's South Campus Meeting Room
The Chamber's Women In Business group will hold its first meeting of 2010 on Wednesday, February 10th at 12:00 noon at Vance-Granville Community College's South Campus meeting room.
Hal Muetzel, owner of Express Employment Professionals, will give a presentation entitled, "Are You Ready to Take Action in the New Year?" Muetzel will discuss "refusal to participate in the recession". He comments that for most businesses, "not participating" is not an option. His discussion will emphasize taking action to impact the future of your business – starting right now. Leadership, commitment and keeping sight of vision are important points that will be covered. Attendees will leave with some "tools" for a better outlook on life, realizing that no one is in this alone.
Granville Health System is sponsoring the event and providing door prizes. Lunch will be available for $10.00.
