The Granville Arts Council sponsors a yearly Performing Arts Series of music, drama, and dance. The Granville Little Theatre provides productions by local performers.

Recreation
Falls Lake and Kerr Lake, along with others, provide convenient opportunities for fishing, swimming, camping, picnicking and boating. Falls Lake borders Granville County on the southern side and Kerr Lake borders the county on the northern side with Virginia. Both lakes are easily accessed from 1-85.
